Appointments for trying on gowns

An appointment is not necessary to visit the store to browse. However we do operate an appointment system for trying on gowns.

If you book an appointment, we offer you your own private fitting room, which means that you will have privacy, personal service and undivided attention from one of our team throughout your visit.

If you decide you would like to visit without an appointment, and if the changing room is not already booked, you are very welcome to try dresses on. However, to avoid disappointment, we advise that you book in, especially if you are travelling a long way to visit us, as we would not want your journey to be wasted.

Monday,Tuesday,Thursday, Friday (closed Wed)
If you wish to try on dresses on a weekday, we can offer you a one hour slot in the changing room, if available. We ask that you arrive fifteen minutes beforehand, in order to choose the dresses that
you wish to try on.
Saturday
This is our busiest day of the week, and we can
often get fully booked weeks in advance, so please book early! We offer a three quarter hour slot in
the changing rooms on Saturday, and ask that you arrive at least fifteen minutes beforehand in order
to choose the dresses that you wish to try on.
Sunday
We are open on Sundays, 9.30am - 4,30pm, by appointment only. We offer a one hour slot in the changing room on Sunday, and ask that you arrive at least fifteen minutes beforehand in order to choose the dresses that you wish to try on.
 

Your prompt arrival to appointments is much appreciated, as we may have people booked in straight after you. We would not wish your appointment to be rushed, but we cannot run over
as this would be unfair to the next customer.

IMPORTANT NOTE
We apologise that as the bridal showroom and changing room is on the first floor, it is not suitable
for prams, buggies or wheelchairs. However, dresses may be brought downstairs on request,
and can be tried on in the downstairs changing room.
