Appointments for trying on gowns We operate an appointment system for trying
on gowns.
When you book an appointment, we offer you your
own private fitting room, which means that you
will have privacy, personal service and undivided attention from one of our team throughout your visit.
Monday to Friday If you wish to try on dresses on a weekday, we can offer you a one hour
appointment slot in the changing room. If you can arrive ten
minutes beforehand, in order to choose the dresses that you wish to try
on, this leaves you more time in the changing room to try on your chosen gowns. Saturday
Saturdays are normally very busy, and we often get fully booked in busy times. It is usually best to try and book in advance if possible, although you are welcome to book on the day and we will let you know if there are any free slots. Appointments in the changing room are one hour long, and we ask that you arrive ten minutes beforehand if possible, to choose the dresses you wish to try.
Appointments for dress fittings
Dress fitting appointments with the
dressmakers are available on
weekdays, as follows:
Tuesday 9-5 by appointment
Wednesday 9-5 by appointment
Thursday 9-5 by appointment
Friday 9-5 by appointment Please note, we do not offer dress
fitting appointments on Saturdays.
If you wish to re-try your dress which has already been purchased, but do not need
to see a dressmaker, this is a dress fitting and can be arranged Monday to Friday. Please see DRESS FITTINGS menu for more information.
Your prompt arrival to appointments is
much appreciated, as we may have
people booked in straight after you. We would not wish your appointment
to be rushed, but
we cannot run over
as this would be unfair
to the next customer.
